Hand Harvested in Iceland Seaweed Salt

From its earliest beginnings to modern day, life on Iceland has always been connected to the sea. We choose to highlight this heritage by combining native seaweeds, hand-harvested from our local sea shores, with our flaky sea salt to create an umami-rich salt that we absolutely love.

Tasting Notes : This salt truly smells of the clean, fresh sea shore, and tastes of bright saline minerality mixed with rich earthiness.  Using two different types of seaweed we’re able to create umami notes that bring a deep depth of flavor to the dishes you choose to cook.
